Introducing Pilates with Laura
Pilates is a gentle form of exercise which helps you to build your core strength, become more flexible and create a greater sense of wellbeing. As a professional golfer myself, I can also help you to build core strength to enable you to perfect your game.
If you are struggling with back pain, wish to relieve stress or wanting to build your core strength, we offer a range of Pilates classes both in-person and online across Cambridge for you to choose from.
Our classes are friendly and many of our attendees have been coming to our classes for years. We have a range of packages to suit all abilities, so whether you are new to Pilates, just starting out or have been doing it for a while, we have something to suit everyone.
