Pilates for all levels
My classes cover the six basic principles of Pilates – breathe, centre, control, concentration, flow and precision – with a warm-up session followed by mat-based exercises. Classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to more experienced Pilates students. During the class I give clear instructions to help you work at the right level and I offer gentle encouragement when I feel you’re ready to challenge yourself a little more. If you have an injury, I modify the movements to make them safe and comfortable for you. Whatever your age, fitness and mobility your body will be better with Pilates.
